1.First turn on the power supply assembly of the blister machine
2. Start the air source, the air pressure is set at 5-6kg
3. Start the chiller and adjust the temperature of the chiller to about 10 degrees
4. Press the power switch of the fully automatic blister machine and twist it. When the three power indicators are on at the same time, it means that it can work normally.
5. Then press the electric furnace heating button, turn the electric furnace out, and set the heating temperature.
6. Arrange the molds
8. Blister machines with upper molds need to adjust the upper mold frame
9. Adjust the heat retaining plate to the same length as the total length of the mold
10. Put the rubber material in the front material rack to fix it, and adjust the inlet
11. Adjust the length of the pull piece count to the length of the mold put into the machine

15. Start the heating furnace, adjust the heating area of the heating furnace according to the forming area of the mold, adjust the temperature regulating device, and observe the corresponding current and the redness of the heating brick, which is generally high in the surrounding area and low in the middle.
16. Install the film on the feeding shaft, adjust the film according to the width of the film and the position of the inlet, and locate the sheet feed to the corresponding position to fix the feeding transfer.
17. The heating furnace is preheated for 10 to 15 minutes. After the temperature adapts to the production requirements, adjust the digital display time corresponding to each program on the control panel, generally set to the heating time is greater than the combined time of vacuum, cold air, and mold release, and turn on the vacuum pump.
18. Raise the heating furnace, start the feeding switch, put the sheet in parallel between the tablet press wheel and the chain tines in the corresponding gear, and press the pull button to feed the material into the heating area. At this time, the sheet should extend about 20mm at the outlet of the lower gate.
19. Put the heating furnace down. When producing the first product, the heating time should be set at more than 1.5 times the time required by the process, start the lower switch, and observe the heating of the sheet. When the heating zone of the sheet reaches the temperature that meets the molding, jog and pull the sheet in advance, so that the sheet is driven by the chain out of the heating area, enter the molding action, and modify the heating time.
20. After the sheet is formed and cooled, it is taken out of the forming area by the chain and into the cutting area. At this time, the knife gate should be closed, the receiving box should be moved, and the receiving box should be positioned after adjusting the cutting position, and the knife gate should be opened.
