Equipment Features

• The 3KW servo motor feeds the film, with high torque and high precision, and the speed and length can be adjusted arbitrarily.
• Blades are installed on both sides of the girder, and the blades are driven by a motor, which can cut the waste on both sides of the product, and are equipped with a waste winding mechanism.
• When clamping and moving the sheet, it is a mechanical alignment exchange method, driven by a servo motor to ensure the accuracy of the sheet movement.
• A variable frequency motor is installed to drive the drum device, and then the cylinder drives the drum to move up and down to level the adsorbed product to ensure that the product reaches a flat state.
