EPS Floor Heating Module Adsorption Machine

The EPS Floor Heating Module Adsorption Machine is a fully automatic adsorption molding machine designed for the mass production of EPS floor heating modules and other thermoformed products. Compatible with HIPS, PS, PVC, and other thermoplastic rolls, the machine features a 3 kW servo motor for high-torque, high-precision film feeding with adjustable speed and feed length. Motor-driven blades trim waste from both sides of the product, while an integrated waste winding mechanism collects scrap material. Servo-driven mechanical alignment ensures accurate sheet positioning and transfer during clamping and movement. A variable-frequency motor drives the roller device, and a pneumatic cylinder moves the roller up and down to level the adsorbed products and achieve a flat finish. With automatic roll loading and finished-product output, this EPS floor heating module forming machine supports efficient, consistent, and large-scale production.

Equipment Features

The 3KW servo motor feeds the film, with high torque and high precision, and the speed and length can be adjusted arbitrarily.
Blades are installed on both sides of the girder, and the blades are driven by a motor, which can cut the waste on both sides of the product, and are equipped with a waste winding mechanism.
When clamping and moving the sheet, it is a mechanical alignment exchange method, driven by a servo motor to ensure the accuracy of the sheet movement.
A variable frequency motor is installed to drive the drum device, and then the cylinder drives the drum to move up and down to level the adsorbed product to ensure that the product reaches a flat state.
