Technological Process

• Place the injection-molded part → close the upper cover → the silicone layer moves downward and vacuum is extracted → the heating layer moves downward and vacuum is extracted → the leather and injection-molded part are fully bonded → open the upper cover and remove the finished product

Application

• The vacuum activation machine is an activation device used to activate the adhesive during the vacuum covering process.
• It is suitable for covering and forming automotive interior parts with leather, artificial leather, PU, and other materials, such as automotive armrests, door panels, instrument panels, center consoles, and other automotive interior parts.
