Equipment Features

• The feeding system has the function of automatic alignment and correction. The feeding suction cup meets the adsorption force of the heaviest plate, the adsorption process is stable, and there is no jitter, off-plate, multi-suction, etc. The suction cups are arranged in parallel to prevent the plates from falling off after the failure of individual suction cups.
• The two stations of the upper furnace are used together, and the two stations of the lower furnace are used independently. The main heating and auxiliary heating of the upper and lower furnaces can be switched between each other.
• The mold base of the equipment is equipped with a mold limit block and a quick guide positioning column. The mold change loading and unloading operation is simple and stable, and the mold platform can withstand a maximum weight of 600KG.
