Equipment Features

• Increase the frequency conversion motor to send pieces, high torque, high precision, speed and length can be adjusted arbitrarily
• The phase-shifting voltage regulator adjusts one control for the upper furnace and one control for the lower furnace to make the temperature of the hot furnace more balanced and stable.
• Equipped with a complete vacuum system, including vacuum chamber/vacuum pump/vacuum storage tank/vacuum valve/vacuum regulating valve/blowback release device, secondary vacuum and delayed vacuum, etc.
• The upper and lower mold tables are driven by servo motors to move up and down, making the mold table run fast, smoothly and forcefully.

• The main feature is the thick sheet coil feeding, which has the functions of heating (double-sided heating, sealing and foaming), vacuum forming, cooling and setting, and product output cutting.
