High Pressure Forming Machine

The High Pressure Forming Machine is designed for fully automatic adsorption molding and blister forming of floor heating products, including EPS floor heating modules. Developed for large-scale production, the machine supports coil material feeding and automatic finished product output, making it suitable for INS-specific forming applications. Its 3 kW servo motor provides high-torque, high-precision film feeding with adjustable speed and feeding length. Servo-driven mechanical alignment ensures accurate sheet movement, while motor-driven side blades trim excess material from both sides of the product, supported by an integrated waste winding mechanism. A variable frequency motor and cylinder-driven roller system help flatten formed products to achieve a consistent, level finish. Combining automatic feeding, precise positioning, side trimming, and product leveling, this high pressure forming machine offers an integrated solution for manufacturers producing floor heating components and other specialized molded products in high volumes.
